US Breaks Data Privacy Laws to Access Personal Data

The US breaks data privacy laws.

And it isn't new to me, it happens frequently and I'm used to it.

Below is a recent example where a person would question, is this by coincidence or imaginary?

An example given in the public malice page:

Public Malice

But it goes well beyond that (February 15th):

Falsified Discharge Summary Falsified Discharge Summary

This takes a little bit of explanation and specifically what the outfit means, and why the person is wearing it. It's a popular name brand that reads, AAPENOW. A concatenation of "a ape now" followed by a F1.

This takes place in Tijuana, Mexico in 2018 when I was there to see my neurologists, Dr. Hugo Navarette and Dr. Francisco Manjarrez.

(February 16th) In a not so intelligent show in internet malice, the US responded to this former posting from yesterday with a news article posted to my desktop this morning referencing a chimpanzee (note the notification in the upper right of the desktop):

Falsified Discharge Summary Falsified Discharge Summary

Its not coincidence or imaginary.

Here is a evidence file list of the number of times the US has broken digital privacy laws, or taken my private data and reiterated it in other settings. They tend to be somewhat obvious about it:

Falsified Discharge Summary

Why? Because as demonstrated much of the malice by the US is driven by tech companies.

It's a lot of evidence to substantiate my case as well.

There are a number of methods that the US could go about to get a copy of private digital data:

1. They could ask the webhost to give access to the sight in variable ways, simply make a copy of the sight and post it in a place that the interested parties could access it.

2. They could capture the internet data packets from the individual users that access the sight, even if it's a government computer or a lawyers office.

3. They could ask my ISP whereever I am to forward the internet packets to view wherever I am viewing.

4. They could simply download the entire sight using a crawler to a local database and access it there.

The point is .... its not hard. But its illegal.

And after they break a internet privacy law they try and clean up evidence of it.

But.. I have a massive overabundance of evidence to show that they break data privacy laws.

But why do they do it? Because they are afraid.

They know they don't have any case to perpetuate this type of malice against me especially at the scale that it was perpetuated. They also know that I have the evidence to show their malice in clear and explicit detail. Which is why they are especially keen about accessing private digital data.

I have a massive overabundance of evidence to demonstrate my point and to validate my point. That it isnt a coincidence. That it's a reiteration of private internet data in their typical form of internet bullying (they do it frequently).

Its because they dont have the courage or case to face me in a legal setting.

But do have the cowardliness to perpetuate malice from private data.

So the US demonstrated this in doing so:

They are intercepting digital data and looking at private internet listings meant specifically for the home office and lawyers. (illegality, all information here isnt meant to be shared with the US and its explicit by law that it wouldnt be shared with the US).

They are committing digital (internet) crimes to further malice. Which is typical of their historical behavior, they do this frequently.

They arent a decent or appropriate country (behaviorally and psychologically inappropriate country) so they resort to internet bully when they clearly dont have any case or any basis. Its their innate character, they dont have the capacity to work with a legal intermediary.

That they are using private information meant for immigration and lawyers to further their malice or make up excuses to further malice (which is also typical of them).
