Public malice by the US is easy to demonstrate. These are regular citizens directed by the US to shows malice in public settings either in the US or outside the US.

They may wear shirts that say "I just dont like you" while I go about my typical daily tasks.

But it goes well beyond that (February 15th):

This takes a little bit of explanation and specifically what the outfit means, and why the person is wearing it. It's a name brand that reads, AAPENOW. A concatenation of "a ape now" followed by a F1.

This takes place in Tijuana, Mexico in 2018 when I was there to see my neurologists, Dr. Hugo Navarette and Dr. Francisco Manjarrez.

In simple terms, the US is trying to dehumanize me by causing brain damage through mistreatment in neurology to "a ape now".

But it needs explanation, when I was in Columbia University in 2014 auditing classes in my 6 month visit to New York City I briefly audited a anthropology class:

(me sitting in a class in Columbia) The professor was presenting the social structures of chimpanzees in class and made a interesting remark. She stated that they conducted scientific experiments where alpha male chimpanzees had sections of their brain removed, specifically the temporal lobes.

Then when they put the alpha male chimpanzees were put back into their society they rapidly lost their dominance in society. But.... that's what the US had done to me partially. They specifically caused temporal lobe damage and perpetuated temporal lobe seizures in my case intentionally. Her statement was giveaway to the intent of the US, cause temporal lobe damage and general brain damage so I wouldn't interact with the world around me in the same fluency as I did before.

Now the brand name and why it was advertised to me should makes sense. It's a public statement of we reduced your mental capacity to "a ape now". And we tried to reduce your social dominance by causing temporal lobe lesions and brain damage.
