The public statement of lawless should now make sense now, advertised to when I was trying to get my medical records in Massachusetts.
Its a combination of medical doctors, tech companies, the policy of the state and country and those who perpetuated this malice making a public statement of "lawless" to protect them while they physically harm me in many ways with the object of physical/intellectual mutilation and disfigurment.
