Technology Companies Corrupting Digital Data and Diagnostic Files to Protect Doctors Commiting Clinical Fraud to Harm
The article given below is an example of the US trying to corrupt digital copies of diagnostic data to protect a doctor in Massachusetts that commited clinical fraud, Dr. Vladan Milosavljevic in New England Neurological Associates in January 2016. The clinic where the doctor did an EEG (New England Neurology Associates) was aggressive in not rescinding the EEG data though its law in Massachusetts and any other state that if a patient asks for a EEG data file they are required to give it. The doctor was trying to cover up seizures to the same quality as the US instructing a foreign nation to erase MRIs after assaulting me in a clinical setting several times in 2017. Technology companies in the US (led by US military), in this case most likely Microsoft, would be the perpetuators of the file corruption. The indication that its Microsoft is due to their illegal internet postings on Bing (explained in the Google section). Digital Fraud and File Corruption, since atleast 2008: Digital file corruption was a part of the attempt at hiding medical pathology. This means trying to corrupt digital copies of medical documents or diagnostic data that show disease pathology. I could only offer examples of how specific diagnostic files were attempted to be corrupted (in the software and hardware level) but I couldn’t explain how the files were corrupted; I would need an expert in computer related fraud to explain how only a particular file that shows diagnostic data, medical report data, or other knowledge base could be corrupted in a sequential set of copied files. That means only diagnostic data files in a file set are corrupted. Data in a computer system is always copied sequentially from source to destination, that means that if the later files are copied then the intermediate files are also copied to the destination. This is a 2016 EEG data file: Here the specific .EEG file which is 159,771 kb is corrupted when attempted to be opened in Persyst (an EEG reading software). Lets say that I tried to copy the file from the original CD to a local folder, all the surrounding files are able to be copied except the diagnostic file: I then skipped the .EEG file and copied the surrounding files, which aren’t corrupt. So only the diagnostic .EEG file is selectively corrupt. This diagnostic may have attempted to be corrupted because it was the first diagnostic outside of the US that was in direct opposition to the diagnostic test done immediately before in the US. The US kept this case "lawless" as publically stated here when getting medical records because tech companies would have to face charges of malice as much as doctors would face charges of assault in clinical settings. They corrupted the file to protect the doctor that tried to harm the patient. This is a single example but there are many more. |
