Workplace qualification and IQ.
In the US they have two standardized testing organizations (what's your intelligence relative to the entire population of the US):
Its called the SATs (Standardized Aptitude Test).
Legally stated, the person who harmed me has an IQ of 98 (which is mental retardation). 900 or less out of 1600. You didn’t check the background and gave a weapon to a legally unqualified person (to put it kindly).
And legally, I (Narendra Jana) have an IQ of 135, which is way higher than average. By standardized testing.
And for college its call the GREs. I never went for a master level degree.
The problem is job placement; he never belonged in the jobs that he was put in by basic IQ test scores. So when he was put in those positions, he automatically resorted to violence and abuse because he couldn’t comprehend anything but violence and abuse. His “hooker” joke comes from his natural mindset of a low IQ (Intellectual Quotient). Oh, you can always reference a person’s SAT and GRE scores. I did my GREs during primary progressive MS, so I didn’t care. It's factual data and easy to reference, so it wouldn't backlash on me.
